Directions: Skin Perfecting Loose Powder should be applied with one of our Powder Brushes. A standard powder puff or flat makeup sponge may be used as well by those who prefer more coverage—but be careful not to overdo it!
For brush application, pick up some powder on the full end of the brush, knock off the excess, and brush it on using a downward motion. Keep everything going in the same direction (brushing down) to help maintain a smooth appearance.
Skin Perfecting Loose Powder can be applied in layers for a more matte finish or longer-lasting shine control, and it won't look heavy, thick, or cakey.
During the day, if you need to touch up your makeup, it is helpful to use Oil Blotting Papers (or, in a pinch, a tissue) to dab away excess oil from the skin before powdering again. Our Healthy Finish Pressed Powder SPF 15 nicely complements Skin Perfecting Loose Powder.
Loose powder is a great "fix-it" tool to have at the ready for softening blush that is too strong or bright, blending the edges of eyeshadow or a too-dark crease color and softening an overzealous application of contour or bronzer.

I love the new loose powder! I have never been a fan of loose powder, but tried yours as I like to try everything new you come out with. It is a wonderful texture and makes my skin smooth and polished...I love it!

Wonderfully soft, fine powder!
This powder is super soft and fine! This means it doesn't look overly powdery (as long as you don't apply too much). I currently use this powder in Translucent Light to set my Paula's Choice All Bases Covered foundation in Light Cream (I'm very fair!). I think when this is gone, I will try a pressed powder as I think the application is quicker and I can carry it in my purse (this was the first loose powder ever tried). If you're looking for a silky-smooth powder to set your foundation, you can't go wrong with trying this!

Good Idea
This is the first loose powder that I have tried that has a "sifter" like this. This is brilliant. You don't have to worry about too much powder coming out if you travel with it and it gets knocked around. Since you can cover the holes, there is no mess to worry about. Also since the lid twists on and off, it won't spill everywhere either because the lid can't come off. I still have issues with my oiliness, but it's something I'll have to just live with I guess.
