Directions: Massage over clean, damp skin using gentle pressure and small, circular motions, taking a bit more time over dry, rough areas such as elbows, knees, and heels. Rinse with warm water and pat skin dry with a towel. If desired, follow with Paula's Choice Slip Into Silk Body Lotion or Silk Mist Dry Oil Spray.
The fact that this scrub works better than more expensive scrubs for keeping the skin on my elbows and heels soft didnt suprise me. I am also very pleased that this scrub does not contain PVC pellets which can be troublesome for our environment, when washed down the drain.
