Directions: As a shampoo: Apply to wet hair, and gently massage into scalp. Lather, then rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary and follow with conditioner. As a body wash: Smooth over wet skin to create a lather, then rinse thoroughly.

I've suffered for years with an itchy, seborrheic-type scalp that always worsened when I was under stress and during the dry winter months. For the first time I found products that cleared it up completely when I began using Paula's Choice All Over Bath and Body Shampoo and Smooth Conditioner. Even though I have been under really bad stress (due to my husband's injuries in a bad accident in January) over the past 6 months, I still haven't had a problem. I would highly recommend these products to anyone. The facial cleansers/moisturizers are great too and cleared up my dry skin problems.

Thank you for a wonderful product! It is effective and simple. We now only have three products in our shower: Face Cleaner, Shampoo and Conditioner! Our children use the shampoo and conditioner head to toe. It is so simple and gentle. No need for lotion, their skin feels great!

I had to let you know what a great product the all over hair and body shampoo is. The words ALL OVER are correct! I even use this as my facial cleanser and it takes off all my makeup w/o irritating my eyes. I use it on my baby's skin and it is wonderful. I use it for washing hair and makeup brushes, shampoo, body wash, facial cleanser, baby wash and mild detergent for hand washables. Talk about a multi purpose product! No travel bag should be without this product!

Simply the best
I was given a bottle of this for Christmas and have used it for a few weeks now and LOVE it. No more itchy or tight feeling skin or scalp, no more weighted down or dull looking hair, a fantastic product that does what it says. No fragrance is a huge plus for me as well.

Best all-in-one on the market
The older I get, the more sensitive to fragrance I become. Not only that, but my skin often breaks out in a rash from perfumes/dyes. I have a very irritable scalp, and this product really works well for both my hair and body. It's also nice to have one less bottle cluttering up the shower. I like knowing that I am not going to cause an allergic reaction to those around me with perfume in my beauty products. You have a fantastic line, Paula.

This shampoo ROCKS!
A very well thought and formulated shampoo! It's the best shampoo I have EVER used! I love that it is fragrance free, dye free, and doubles as a body wash. It leaves my hair soft and managable and my skin very silky smooth.

Wonderful product
My husband had suffered with severely dry, flaky scalp for years. He tried many different shampoos, including medicated products, but the flakes never went away. After reading your hair care products reviews, I discovered that the shampoo he was using (one recommended by his hairstylist) contained many irritants. I ordered your all over hair and body shampoo for him and threw out all of his old products. After about 2 months of using this product exclusively (no medicated products either), the dry scalp and flakes are completely gone.

Shocking ingredients
Paula claims to sell products with the best ingredients, sodium laureth sulfate is an awful chemical to be on this ingredient list!

Paula has written extensively on this issue, and sodium laureth sulfate is indeed an excellent cleansing agent. There is absolutely no research to the contrary. Paula dispels the sodium laureth sulfate hoax in an article on her website.

Nice Body Wash
I've used this as a body wash for a while, and it's great. Feels like it gets you really clean, but non drying. And I haven't been able to find very many other body washes without fragrance like this one for my sensitive skin. Can't comment about using as a shampoo, though.

Amazing product!!
I have known my husband for 14 years and in all that time, he has had a dry, flaky scalp - NOTHING has worked...until now! Paula's Choice shampoo and conditioner is the only product that has worked. Now we are just waiting for hair gel and hair spray to be included in the lineup. Thank you!
