May Contain: Iron Oxides (mineral pigments).
Directions: Apply to clean skin with a makeup sponge or your fingertips. Dab foundation over the central part of the face, and blend downward using short, smooth strokes. Layer as needed to build desired coverage and then smooth out any excess product.If needed, apply a light layer of moisturizer under the foundation. If you have dry skin, moisturizer can help make foundation application easier and coverage more even. If you plan on applying a sheer application of foundation, it is recommended that a regular sunscreen be applied first to ensure you are getting enough sun protection. This foundation can be applied to the eyelids and then set with powder. This step will ensure an even application of eyeshadows and eyeliner. If needed, two or more shades may be blended to create a custom color.

I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with my All Bases Covered foundation in Light Cream. I have extremely dry skin, and I'm very pale. It's hard to find a foundation that works for me, especially at such a reasonable price. Also, after 12 hours or so, most foundations make my face feel dry and tight, and I'm eager to remove them. I wanted to tell you what an amazing product All Bases Covered is!! I received it as a sample and after I tired it I was very surprised! I have very dry skin and could never use a foundation, even tinted moisturizers would just make my face tight and look really flaky. I received my All Bases Covered foundation and Soft Matte Blush today and couldn't wait to try them out. At first I thought the foundation's consistency was "too thick," was going to be mask-like, and provide too much coverage, but I was wrong. It blended so easily and makes my skin look like silk. The Sand color of the foundation is perfect for my in-between skin tone, neither fair nor olive. And the Healthy Blush was so perfect, just like I was sun kissed without the damaging rays. I was having a horrible time finding a liquid foundation I could use regularly with my rosacea. I previously had been limited to mineral makeup which was not the best choice for my winter-dry skin. Paula's All Bases Covered Foundation is excellent. I have been to every counter on the planet looking for a foundation that evened out my skin without looking obvious or being irritating. I have sensitive skin and am very pale; but while my skin isn't oily, it isn't really dry either. I was a little worried this would be too "greasy" as I've had that problem with other "dry skin" foundations before. What a pleasant surprise! I don't know how you do it (since no one else seems to be able to!), but it's soft and creamy, yet not at ALL greasy; the finish is really neither matte nor dewy; it doesn't make me break out; and while the coverage is very natural, it blends my area of reddish discoloration very well!

All Bases Covered is by far the best foundation I have ever used. I live where it gets hot and muggy, and freezing and dry. This foundation always looks fresh and radient. The "colors" concerned me at first glance, but upon application I could not believe how my own skin color was transformed and made flawless and glowing without that heavy makeup look or feel.
