Gently wipe the flat part of the brush over your powder eyeshadow, being sure to knock off any excess shadow from the brush, and apply with long, stroking motions across the eyelid, crease, and/or underbrow area, depending on your choice of color placement and desired effect.

Great eyeshadow brush
I love this brush for putting on eye makeup. I've had it for about five years now, and the head is just now getting kind of wobbly. For the price this has been a great brush!
